What is taking so long?

Even though we offer the fastest build times and highest quality for the price in the handgun holster industry, we do understand that sometimes you needed your gear yesterday. No problem, we can get it done faster than anyone with our standard 1-2 weeks or less lead time, or 1-3 business day lead with the Priority Build service.

Below is a helpful flow chart that explains what happens from the time you place your order to when it ships out to you, for your peace of mind.

The standard lead time quotes may vary depending on our week’s order volume. The standard lead time quote applies to orders of 10 or less units. For lead time quotes for bulk orders, please send us an email. Thank you!

The Production Flow Chart:

After you place your order, we will check your order to make sure everything is good to go. It may take us 1 to 2 business days depending on the current order volume to confirm your order.	We’ll send you an email order confirmation after your order is approved and forwarded to production. The email will go to the email address associated with your order. If you use a different email address, please contact us and let us know. Please respond to the order confirmation email and attach pictures of both sides of your handgun, if you can, for the build reference.


	The standard lead time may vary depending on the order volume. You’ll find the current lead time quote on the front page of our website.	Your order will go in line for production with the standard production lead time.





Once your order is done, it will go through our quality check process to make sure everything is good. We do our best to get things done as fast as possible and with minimal errors.	If everything goes well with your order, it will go into the shipping batch. You will receive another email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
